My Alibi (Roc de Cambes x Hot Pursuit)

Result: 18/10/25 - 1st Trentham

Stepping up over her preferred longer distance for the first time this prep, May Alibi under a great ride from Toni Davies prooved too strong for her rivals in a dominant performance. Taking the sit when others put speed in the race, she waited patiently for the right time and by the 400m it was never in doubt. She ran the fastest last 800m, 600,, 400m and 200m. A sighn of great things to come.

My Alibi (Roc de Cambes x Hot Pursuit)

Result: 26/07/25 - 1st Otaki

LMy Alibi kicked off her prep a little earlier than expected due to cancellations of trials and jumpouts. Put into a 1400m fresh, taking her to the front was the winning of the race under jockey J Cheung. Though headed with a few hundred to go, she dug deep to hang on over the fast finsihing Five Belles in a head bobber.

Sotirio (3).jpg

Sotirio (Wrote x Eleni Whirl)

Result: 10/05/25 - 1st Trentham

Fresh up for his first run this campaign, Sotirio has run them down then held on for a well deserved win in the Autumn Sprint final worth $50k.  A peach of a ride by Leah Hemi saw the son of Wrote chalk up his 4th win, and second this season. Beaten home his better fancied rivals on the Champagne Turf was a great way to kick off this preperation.

Zackery 1.jpg

Zackery (Zacinto x Variation)

Result: 29/03/25 - 1st Trentham

Zackery showed he is a genuine stayer when he copped a big check just before the turn, yet was still able to pick himself up (carrying top weight 60kg) and grind them down to win in fine style. That 2 wins and a 2nd from 3 starts over the distance at Trentham!

LADY ANGLESEA - WAVERLEY 19-3-2025 RACE IMAGES PHOTO PETER RUBERY D52_3101 2078720.jpg

Lady Anglesea (Proisir x Belle Fleur)

Result: 19/03/25 - 1st Waverley

Lady Anglesea showed the field a clean pair of heels, with a late blinding run to pick up her first win at start 3. More impressively, she won the race in a time 0.8 sec quicker than the R65 race over the same distance! Good things to come here!

Sotirio (Wrote x Eleni Whirl)

Result: 08/09/24 - 1st Woodville

Sotiro came with a sustained run to bring up win #3 at Woodville today. Coming right to the outside, he looked the winner from well out, finsihing all over the top of a small but quality field!

CHAMPAGNE SUNDAY - WANGANUI 11-1-2024 RACE IMAGES PHOTO PETER RUBERY 1841778.jpg

Champagne Sunday (Vespa x Outlay)

Media Misss winning.jpg

Media Miss (Press Statement x Grandissima)

Result: 11/01/24 - 1st Whanganui

Champagne Sunday showed what he is capable of with what turned out in the end to be an easy win. Never sure of which Champagne Sunday will turn up on the day, we had nothing to worry about with his front running for back better than ever.

Result: 26/03/23 - 1st Masteron

Media Miss broke maidens at start 7 today, beating home a small but competitive field at Tauherenikau. Taking charge at the 400, she broke clear and was almost run down late but showed a brave heart to hold on for win #1.

GQ (21).jpg

Glide Queen (Alamosa x Tai Chi Queen)

Result: 09/04/21 - 1st Manawatu

Excellent front running ride was the winning of todays race at Awapuni. Leading from the front basically the whole way, GLide Queen proved too quick over the 1200m distance for all including our other running Champagne Sunday who came 4th.
