The Place

Purchased in late 2014, the property is based 5km north of the Otaki round-a-bout, in a lovely little micro-climate that offers warmer (well warmer than most) days, gentle breezes and nice flat land. Originally used to graze some cattle, it has also been used as a kiwifruit orchard.

Comprising just 22acres, we purchased this size plot specifically so we could keep things just the right size. The more land we bought, the more horses Craig and Matthew would have put on it, so in the interest of keeping the stud more boutique, 22 Acres seemed about right.
